Welcome to Inky Fingers January Pages!

I came up with the idea for January Pages when thinking about the excitement that comes with the new year but also the slight loneliness that January can bring with it. I find both joy and comfort in writing, it’s my very favourite thing. So, I thought, why not use writing to add to that excitement and fight that loneliness?

January Pages is a simple idea.

I will send you an email containing a little letter and a question or writing prompt every morning in January. You can take these words and do whatever you want with them, write a poem, a story, a paragraph, a sentence.

It’s up to you what you choose to do with what you write. You can can keep it for yourself or you can join the Inky Fingers Discord and share with others also taking part. You’ll be asked in the sign-up form if you’d like to be added to the discord, if you say yes I will email you the invite link. If you want to be added at any other point just let me know! If you need any help any of this do get in touch, I’m happy to help!
